Marketing Material - Only Approved Material

All marketing and promotion by you in any manner or medium must be conducted in a professional and dignified manner and must conform to our specified standards and requirements. You must submit to us (through the mail, return receipt requested), for our prior approval (except with respect to prices to be charged), samples of all advertising or promotional plans and materials that you desire to use and that have not been prepared or previously approved by us. If you do not receive written disapproval from us within fifteen (15) days, we will be deemed to have given the required approval. You may not use any marketing or promotional materials that we have disapproved.
